MEET CHEF YANKEL

Chef Yankel has spent most of his life in restaurants, starting out as a dishwasher and rising to become head chef. Even after he left restaurant life behind, he couldn’t stop cooking, and joined ButcherBox as Culinary Director in early 2017. Now, he cooks on camera at the BB Test Kitchen and shares his meat expertise with the Internet.
